Introducing HRISMyWay
The HRISMyWay is a software application that replaces the manual tracking of employee time and vacation spreadsheets. This functionality also provides employees with instant access to their employment information while automating and streamlining the Human Resources processes.
HRISMyWay provides a convenient 24-7-365 self-serve application to all employees presented through their own individual dashboards.
- Electronic Payslips, T4s, Time off; accruals, requests and approvals
- Creates specific alerts for action items; timesheet, time off, HR forms
- Communicates celebrations; birthdays, work anniversary
- Communicates ‘Who’s Out’ in the department linked to approved time off requests
- Provides a comprehensive HR module that stores certifications, licenses, skills, and tracks expiry dates.
- Streamline Timesheet entry, approval, and links to Payroll (for time entry departments)
Corporate Training and Resources
All employees will need to know and use the new HRISMyWay software starting in January 2025. Training for all employees will happen over the months of November and December 2024. Training resources have been developed to assist teams and can be found for reference in the Documents and Videos panel (right).

Learning Guides
A step-by-step guide has been developed for the training sessions and to provide support post training. Please see the Documents available (right).
Recorded Training Sessions
The recorded training sessions will be shared post training (right).
Department Managers and On Behalf Approvers
Manager or On Behalf Approver can answer questions within your department
The HR team will also be providing, upon request:
1. An after-hours training session for part-time employees
2. Divisional training for more complex department functionality
3. Scheduled Team’s drop-in sessions for troubleshooting.
